The postcards in this collection manufactured under the name of Les Belles Editions Françaises come from a postcard booklet. These booklets were quite popular at one time in France. I now have eight of them related to Vence but I’m sure there must be more. The other five are manufactured by Etablissement Frédéric Laugier, Collection La Cigogne, Edition Pleint, Rostan & Munier and Munier Editeur d’Art.
This booklet features 10 postcards, but unfortunately, my copy is missing three of the cards. It is an interesting booklet because the cards inside do not all follow the same format. They all have a sepia image on the front. However, two of the cards list the number, location and description on the front, while the others list it on the back. One card is of Saint-Jeannet.
