Known as the “06”, this is our “department” in France, located in the extreme southeast corner of the country, near the border with Italy and on the Mediterranean coast. The equivalent of a state in the U.S. We’re part of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. Cities such as Nice, Antibes, Grasse and Cannes are all located in our department. This is where we’ll share information and stories about people, places and things outside of Vence, but still close by.
