Manufacturer: Imp. Phot. Neurdein et Cie – 5 postcards.
The postcards in this collection manufactured under the name of Imp. Phot. Neurdein et Cie have essentially the same format.
The front of each card features a sepia toned photograph, along with a location, a short description and on two of the cards, a number. The phrase “ND. Phot.” is found on the front of two of the cards. This is no doubt related to another manufacture by that name. One card has “Boniean, Edit. Phot. Vence” on the front.
There is no further information on the backs of the cards which are all identical.
THIS partial address is found on the back of each of the cards (though one card omits the street address):
IMP. PHOT. NEURDEIN ET CIE, 53 AV. DE BRETEUIL. – PARIS
It’s possible that this company is related to three others which I have listed as Levy et Neurdein Reunis, Neurdein Frères and Anciens Etab. Neurdein et Cie. Because two of these cards contain the phrase “ND. Phot.” on the front it is possible it may also be related to a company by that name which I have listed as ND Phot.
