Manufacturer: Rostan et Munier – Éditions d’Art – 55 postcards.
The postcards in this collection manufactured under the name of Rostan et Munier – Éditions d’Art have basically two different layouts and formats.
The majority of the cards feature a sepia toned image on the front along with a number, a location and a short description. There is no further information on the back of the cards. The numbers in this series run from from (at least) 3 to (at least) 44.
A smaller selection of the cards feature hand color tinted images on the front along with a number, a location and a short description. There is no further information on the back of the cards. The numbers in this series run from (at least) 2001 to (at least) 2009. The company is listed slightly different on these cards as: Edition d’Art, Rostan & Munier.
Almost all the cards from both series have a small RM style logo on the front of each card.
The design of the backs of all the cards are basically the same with a few minor variations here and there.
The address listed on the back of these cards is:
Rostan & Munier, Éditions d’Art, 19, Rue Marceau, Nice or EEDITION D’ART, ROSTAN & MUNIER, 19 RUE MARCHEA, NICE
Though on the second series the Rostan & Munier comes after the Éditions d’Art.
