The postcards in this collection are manufactured under the name of L. Gilletta & Cie.
The cards are quite different. The fronts of three cards feature a black and white image and the other is sepia. One has a location and short description on the front, the others on the back. Some have crinkled edges and the other doesn’t. Two have a series number and the other does not.
The address is simply listed as Nice on all cards.
It’s possible that this company may be related to two others with the cards in this collection: Les Editions Gilletta and J. Gilletta et Cie. In fact, I wonder if this might simply be a typo and the company is really J. Gilletta et Cie?
