STEVE AND CAROLE IN VENCE

Vence Postcards
Editions Photoguy

Manufacturer: Editions Photoguy – 11 postcards.

The postcards in this collection manufactured under the name of Editions Photoguy display a variety of layouts and formats.

One card features a whimsical color drawing on the front. Several feature full color photographs and others feature black and white photographs. One card features a collage of photos and text. On most cards no information is provided on the front of the card, but not always.

The backs of many of the cards follow three different designs. On some there is no specific information as to what the card shows on the front. Simply some generic language such as “La Côte d’Azur / French Riviera – VENCE (06-Alpes Maritimes). On others there is a location and a short description. All the cards have similar numbers which seem to come from two or three different series.

Several cards feature a “Photoguy” logo on the front.

Most of the cards feature the following address on the back:

EDITIONS PHOTOGUY
47, Bd Gambetta – NICE

Others have an alternate address:

EDITIONS PHOTOGUY
06330 ROQUEFORT-LES-PINS tel 04 93 77 17 28 Fax 04 93 77 16 37

One card has this address:

Editions PHOTOGUY
Distribué par S.E.P.T. – 35, Bd. Gorbella – NICE

There is another series of cards under the name S.E.P.T. so it seems this last card was manufactured in conjunction with that manufacturer.

If you have any questions about any of the cards featured here, if you see any errors or if you would like more information, drop me an email at steve@steveandcaroleinvence.com.

All postcards are from the collection of Howard Shakespeare unless otherwise noted.
