Manufacturer: Éditions d’Art Yvon Paris – 27 postcards.
The postcards in this collection manufactured under the name of Éditions d’Art Yvon Paris have several different layouts and formats.
The fronts of all but one of the cards feature a full color photograph, while one features a full color drawing. A few of the cards mention Vence on the front, but most have no information at all. The back of each card usually contains a location, a brief description and a number. The phrase “Couleurs et Lumière de France” is used on most, but not all, of the cards. Another phrase, “La Côte d’Azur, miracle de la nature” is used on a few cards.
Most of the cards have a number in this format, 15 06 1003, though a few are slightly different. Two of the cards have barcodes. All but one of the cards features a “Yvon” logo on the front.
The following address if found on the back of most of the cards:
Éditions d’art Yvon Paris
30, Av. Jean-Jaurès – 94 – Arcueil
Two cards feature an alternate address:
” Les Editions d’Art YVON “, Paris, 14, Rue de Bretagne
The design of the backs of all the cards are very similar with a few minor differences here and there. Most feature a © by S.P.A.D.E.M. Two are dated 1979.
